Name: Friedrich Richter
Race: Human
Job: Doctor
Biography: Friedrich has been born in Germany, but made his Doctor in Xenobiology and Human Medicine in Scotland. He is seen as one of the most brilliant Doctors of his time and was the first one to successfully do Inter-Species-Organ-Transplantation.
Appearance: a 1,85 m, blonde, green eyed man. He has a short trimmed reddish beard. His Right Ring Finger is missing and he has several scars on arms and in the face.

(( by the way what is a Ssaros? i googled it but couldnt find anything useful.
Also: germans almost never say "Ja?" at the end of a sentence not even those with the most thickest of accents do that. If you want to use something like that better try: "oder? (literally translated "or"), "nicht wahr?" ( literally "not true?") or if you want to do the Swabian guy: "gä?" ( i think this is something nobody could truly translate) or the Berlin variant: "ne?" ( literally "no?")
sorry if i did the grammar nazi here but it literally hurts my eyes seeing that  :P ))

All the Engineers reply in unison. "Yes sir!"

Ssareezaar pulls out a Data-Tube, and hands it to you. "Hydraulics and lots more, sir. Yes you may examine it.

After taking the power Armour on, you see the Ssaros. Still seven feet flat, with digintigrade legs and slender muscles and body, Ssareezaar looks pretty harmless. The Armor is there for examination

Read over Data-tube before examining Power armour carefully. Check Joints, power supply and make sure it's well maintained. Ask Ssareezaar about specific functions and whether or not it's been customised. Then, when satisfied It's up to military standards go on smoko.

Ghazkull: OOC: sorry, it's just that I want to add humourous things to it. besides, with Klaus i was going for Ze TF2 Medic. As for Ssaros, they are Original Universe. Was thinking of doing a story about them. They started as my humble Master of Orion II Antaran-Killing, galaxy dominating honor-bound warriors, and then a race in my two failed forum games Galaxies Unlimited and it's redux.

You look at your new medical posting aboard this ship, no, this mobile space home. As you walk in, a grey uniformed sergeant walks up to you

"You the Doc?"

"Yes, Yes I am. Friedrich."

He marks your name, and hands you your pistol.

"Glad to have you aboard, doc"

Monkeyfacedprickleback: As you inspect the armor, you are more and more baffled. This armor must have survived the Ssaros Exodus or something. Everything is absolute patchwork. But stranger still is that it exceeds the standard.

"Have you customized this armor?" you ask

Ssareezaar chuckles a small bit. "To Purgatory and back, my friend. That is as old as me, and I was part of the Exodus, 1,200 years ago. Nothing from that era isn't."

Still commanding the W-60 using the WCU, park it inside the hold while destroying as little as possible. Unplug the WCU with a sight ("Damn, we still need to work on that thing's weight!") then take my haversack and find a cabin with a desk to write my report in. Just settle in the first inoccupied one I can find.

You only leave a dent in the Orion's Armour as you disconnect the WCU. you grab an Omni-Tool (you realized that frigates, on a strict dogma of space conservation, wouldn't have cabins except for the captain and XO. You begin typing it, as you see the Chief engineer having smoko. Behind him has got to be a Ssaros. There is no other possibility. Holy shit they are imposing. And guessing by the extensive patched up damage to the Power Armor, it must be fairly old.

"I must have a cabin of some sort to consign the results of the tests! I'm sure our XO will understand that, and I am a captain by rank after all."

Look on the Omni-Tool for a plan of the Frigate and go for the XO's cabin. Start unpack there and write about the W-60's performance in a busy hangar.

The floor plannis easy. There are 3 Decks: bridge Deck, Crew Deck, and Utility Deck. The XO's quarters are on the Bridge Deck. You start heading there, weaving past crew, to the elevator....

After beginning to unpack, you notice the desk. Since people frequent this office to bitch and whine, it is an honest to whatever live dead tree desk. Nice.

You begin writing your report, what goes In it?

"Log - 1

The WCU is seems to be very reliable, although more test about jamming will have to be performed.

However, a unforeseen problem will have to be dealt with: when the Controller is distracted, the WCU seems to have difficulties to differentiate between the orders meant for the W-60 and those meant for the Controller's own limbs. This could be solved in two distinct ways: the Controller may have to undergo speacial psychic training to make the different orders easy to differentiate, or the WCU will have to be made much more sensitive.

During the length of this trial, I'll use Dr. Muchiro Signal Differentiation Technique to try to make my mind easier to read. If no improvement is made, we'll have to pursue the second way once I'm back at the lab."

As you continue writing, a slim figure is watching you.

"Watcha doin there?"

The voice surprises you, but you quickly regain composure

It is the Lieutenant, Varayis

((I can see this becoming amazingly epic or falling flat on its face under the weight of so many players. :P either way, should be fun!))

Name: Sai'oda Fre'sa
Race: Batarian
Job: Marine Infiltrator
Biography: Sai'oda is an oddity among the crew, A skilled Batarian marine who seems to be trying to disprove some of the more ignoble customs of her people...she grew up on the streets of Earth, the illegitimate daughter of a infamous incarcerated Terrorist-not even her own people were willing to take her in-and she received no shortage of trouble merely living day to day. Eventually, she decided to prove everyone wrong, and signed up for the Military. Her races skill at subterfuge made her a natural for Infiltration training, but in truth, she is often given missions that are both highly dangerous and potentially messy politically...since, if she messes up, a dead Human might lead to an investigation, but a dead Batarian certainly won't.

Appearance: A bulky Batarian frame-she is fact alot more well muscled than most of her people, due to living on higher gravity human worlds, frames light brown skin over a bright yellow. Her four eyes are a shade of dark reddish purple, which can be intimidating to some, but she tends to wear custom quad-goggles to not annoy people more than she has to. Casually, she prefers to wear standard Human clothing-jackets, jeans and the like, her own way of trying to fit in.

Personality: Sai'oda tends to have a strong belief in her own peoples caste system-that is, always listening to superior, showing the proper respect and deferring to those more experienced than you. On the other hand, she's been known to go out of her way to solve problems and tasks with an ingenuitive flair that borders on insubordination-hearing 'stop the train from leaving the station' as an excuse to vent knockout gas into the engineers cabin for example...

Needless to say, you should probably be specific when talking to her-she has a keen mind, and can and will read into your true intents-and you'll never know what she's going to do, until she surprises you.

Also said to be the meanest poker player on the ship, having taken the annual pot for three years straight.

Saru stood by with the idle patience only a machine could have. "I'll take my leave for the moment," he announced to no one in particular, then went to find a quiet corner and enter a state not unlike hibernation while he waited to be needed.

Dwarmin: You look at the Sky Searcher. Impressive. you pass the Orion, get your name checked off by the Quartermaster and drop your weapons off at the weapon racks in the Q-Store. You then report to LT Varayis. But where is she...?

SeriousConcentrate: it would appear people need assistance moving the crates with ARMATURE SCIENCES on them, down in the hangar (If the radio is to be believed)

Sai'oda blinked her four eyes in unison. Were they doing this on purpose? It was sometimes hard to tell.

She decided to hang to whatever amounted to LT Varayis office-though hardly any active military would be found there personally, she might find a secretary or something...
