Saru thanked Winters for the friendly brawl, making a mental checklist of his own strengths and weakness for Spectrum Corporation to look over, and headed to the facility to allow them to download his progress and make any alterations they saw fit. He was, after all, their property.

SeriousConcentrate: You get many strange looks from passersby as you walk amongst the crowds, in a Hawaiian shirt and with a straw hat. A little girl walks up to you

"Mommy says you are malfunctioning, are you?"

Saru considered the question very seriously. "Diagnostic scans return readings of all functions at acceptable parameters." He realized the little girl probably didn't understand a word of that and crouched so he was on her eye level. "No, I am not malfunctioning. Someone thought it would be funny to put these on me. Is it funny?" he asked, synthetic voice sounding worried.

Wesley grumbled, he should of looked at this dossier earlier.  The Knight II?  Really?  Just because you paint it black doesn't make it spec ops.  Fifteen feet tall and loaded with loud ass weapons, how ninja.  He sighed again, the ship hadn't landed yet so hopefully he could get something more... well good requisitioned so he'd have something to use.  The Knight II has it's uses, but it's uses aren't anything like what it's designed for, it's a god damned tank.  Calling it spec ops is like calling a tank with flames painted on it incendiary.

Now all was left was to get an officer's signature, a marine can request any gun he wants, but a Mechanical Pilot has to go through the proper channels, ugh.  Why do all the cool things nearly a quarter of a million (credits, dollars, I dunno).

ooc: My guys problem isn't the armor, it's the sheer size of the thing, and it's weapons.  Also he hates it cause it's called a spec ops model despite lacking any surveillance equipment or ways to get in an out of buildings, besides I guess crashing through walls like the kool-aid man.  It's really more of a tank defender and bullet sink, what with it's anti-vehicle weapons, like it's cannon and missiles.  The sniper cannon is simply a long range cannon, and the assault is to keep infantry at bay.  The phantom is more for getting into and moving around interiors, like other ships or buildings we can't just blow up cause of hostages or civilians.  Which is more Wesley's style since he's a former commando.

Wesley approached the XO and waited for him to finish speaking to one of the waitresses, "XO Vagiris, I am Cpl. Wesley King, I'm the replacement Mech Pilot."

You head upstairs, through the blue-carpeted hallways, to level three, second on the left. A knock.

"Who is it?"

"Corporal King, ma'am, about the Mech?"

"Just wait a sec"

After a few seconds, the door opens.

She is in her camo pants and an undershirt

"What was it you needed?"

"I was informed you were the one to speak to about my Mech requisition, I need an officers validation."

Name: Wash'Kora Vas Iktomi
Race: Quarian Male
Job: Stingray Pilot
Biography: Known as "Wash" to his friends, he was banished from the Migrant Fleet following a shuttle accident that left three dead. He contacted a few friends he made during his Pilgrimage and received training as a gunship pilot, and was then posted to the world of Berg. When he heard that a frigate on shore leave had an opening, he sent in his application to join up and get back into space.

His skills mainly involve piloting small craft. Thanks to his people's innate talent with machinery, the claim that Wash can pilot anything with a couple of engines and a steering wheel is not entirely unfounded. Despite not being a front-line soldier, Wash carries around a heavy pistol and is capable of wielding a shotgun with some degree of skill.

Appearance: Thanks to a weakened immune system, quarians spend most of their lives inside hermetically sealed environment suits. As a result, few people know what they actually look like. Wash's suit is dark grey with green highlights,and has a number of pouches strapped on to serve as pockets. His flight insignia is magnetically attached, as a sewing needle or safety pin may inadvertently rip a hole through which contaminants can enter.

Wash left the Enforcer's local headquarters building, a letter of recommendation in a pouch around his waist and a smile on his face. His time with the Enforcers, while something of a cakewalk due to having nothing to do on this backwater, had left him yearning for an opportunity to get out into the universe once more.

He had heard that a recently-arrived frigate might have an opening for a trained gunship pilot. With any luck, he'd be able to score a job.
