Not being able to remap controls in game is, while not un-expected, still annoying. I'm a habitual tweaker. It takes me an hour to settle in and play after I've set things up. So every time I get a new gadget that's gonna want a hotkey...welp...exit the game.
This is definitely, again, a semi-rushed port job. I did some key remapping then started reading the in-game move notes (which is on the same screen as the equipment loadout screen.....?) and half of the read something like: (unassigned)(unassigned) -> w,a,s,d + (unassigned). Glad to see that extra few weeks delay really paid off >.>
It runs like butter on my machine though. Solid 40+ FPS. Almost feels like it's running too damn fast, if that tells you what kind of FPS I usually expect out of my system
For the actual game, it hits you fast. The intro was pretty cool but felt a little rushed, and then you're just getting spammed by information when you have control.
Combat seems way easier already. Not having a sloppy counter completely ruin your flow is amazing and I'm so glad they did it, it was the first thing I noticed. Feels like there's a lot to learn, even though much of it is what was in AA.
Also, I'm such a derp. This whole time I thought the game was set in Gotham. When I realized it was a "prison city" within Gotham I both felt disappointed and a little stupid for only realizing now what the game's title meant.
