[TOPMOST:NO] acts somewhat finicky, sometimes it will appear on top other windows even when not active.

[MOUSE_PICTURE:YES] the mouse graphic vanishes if you return to the title screen and play again without restarting the program.

My understanding of the Top Most is it only make a difference when it is enabled. With topmost set to no, the order the windows stack in is the order they were last used in.

Yeah, TOPMOST:<anything> doesn't add any flags to the window.

I can look at the mouse picture one.

But it will pop up on top of other windows when inactive...

For me it's the same. Haven't changed the setting (so it's at 'no'), but the window pops up randomly from behind other windows sometimes. Not a big issue, just wanted to confirm the report.

I'll put it on the list, but it doesn't happen over here, so it'll just sort of languish there until somebody observes something.  Hopefully it can be handled at some point.
