The world was full of prosperity and wonderous technology. Airships filled the skies and large regiments of musketeers protected the lands.

Until They came.

Living carcasses rose and swept away the land. People were eviserated in the streets, rising again as zombies.

You are part of  five survivors, onboard an airship. You have a name, a race, a proficient ( using DF skill levels ) skill from your old life. I.e Musketeer And 10 scavenged items. Food is measured in satchels lasting 1 week. Drink is measured as flasks lasting a week.

Judging by the fact people use muskets, a single shot flint lock is most like the height of pistol technology.

Flash forward 20 years and the Trolls have intergrated themselves into society.Then the dead started to rise and Cruievitr ran like hell to a airship.

This all sounds good. It's a multibarelled pistol.  There is magic, but around 1/80th of the population can use it. Fireballs, head asploding, it's all good.
The airship ( insert name here )  took off from Eos City in a cloud of dust. It's large propellors swung in the wind as it drew away. The rag-tag crew consisted of five survivors from varying backgrounds. A sharpshooter. An airship captain. An I don't know. ( What is that armour and what does it do? ) A troll. ( What's homestuck? ) A medic. These people were stronger than most surviving the first three weeks. There is  now a lingering question. Where do we go?

The airship Is called Madam de Pompadour. And We head West! Into the Sunset Like the BAMF hero from an Action movie!
