Someone gave me a Pokebar.  What you think this is the 21st century.  This is the 90's man, we aint got no internet phones.  I THREW IT ON THE GROUND!  I'm not a part of that system!!

Also: Jonic will dogpile each other to prevent a cave collapse?  What happens when they get tired?  Do they leave and the cave collapses, or does the cave magically... stop obeying gravity?  Do they stay in place like some sort of sentient coral?  Is Jonic society based on the selfless act of holding up a cave, only to become a burden on the rest of the tribe as they then need to find food and water for your immobile state?  I can imagine old caves with a handful of overworked and borderline suicidal youngsters trying to hunt down enough food to feed a tribe of elders who sit under the roof all day, every day, for years.

That's why they're a pillar of the Pokemon community.

Catch one of those suicidal youngster Jonics and name it after me, please.

Fantastic update. Dwarf Science is best science.

Energiz.

HA HA.

I imagine Jonics hold up the roof only long enough to let everyone else escape and then all simultaneously attack the roof. If they win, no more collapse because no more ceiling. If they lose, well, they die. They usually die.

Seems that Catalon was made for me.  Catch one and name it for me, if you don't mind.

Also, you have not experienced derp until you have seen the evolved form of Jonic.

You can have it, though. I'll take the next monstrosity to strike my fancy.

Good update, too.

You know, I had a nagging thought in the back of my mind that someone had already requested Jonic >.<

It's up to you.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.
Basileus clapped his hands once. The Forgotten took a step forward, attracted by the sound.
“There, I did something. I clapped. I like clapping,” he said. -The Investigator And The Case Of The Missing Brain.

It appears that this is supremely dead. This makes me sad.

Something about this game makes me wonder why God lets it exist.
Say, if you give birth on a ranch and then murder your baby will a corpse drop be guaranteed?

If we post in it enough, maybe we can bring it back to life!  More Pokemon Quartz!

Somebody get the thread defibrillator, quick! But seriously, Untouchable hasn't updated in a while. Either he's stuck, he's working on a huge update, or he's done.

Having personally tried and failed to do a Pokemon LP, I know it is hard not to get too far ahead of your updates. That's what happened to me, and I lost all interest in writing the distant past. I sympathize.
