If this is still on I'd be interested in joining, if a ...nautical copy will work.

Is it 1.8.0?

As long as Hamachi works with your comp and its v1.8.0, you should be fine, since one or two of my expansions are seaworthy as well.

Join the hamachi room, Orb. not sure if we'll still be playing by the time you see this, but you'll be able to ask more directly at least.

We'll probably continue the one from last week on Saturday or Sunday since the weekend seems to generally be a good time for this game, but if one of us isn't here you probably could hop in in their place, Happerry, unless any one wants to do a seperate game.

Either option is fine with me. I've been training with Zuul, so if we go for a new one it should be intresting, at least.

Zuul, eh? Any tips for playing as them? They look interesting, but I can't figure out how to play them well enough to do well.

You must NEVER stop attacking. Seriously. Keep attacking, keep raiding, make new colonies at every oportunity (but don't go bankrupt). Zuul have the best destroyers around and one of their dreadnoughts can make more destroyers. So it's pretty much a spam race.

I've tinkered with the Zuul a lot. Their main advantage, as I've said before, is the ability to rapidly colonize planets. You don't really have to attack a lot, actually. You just have to out expand. If you can continue expanding, do so, don't get bunched up attacking someone, they will simply out eco' you.

Zuul can colonize just about any planet easily due to the fact it can overharvest tremendously. Drop that planet down 400 resources and its just about livable. It also has one of the higher population growths(I'm not sure if Hiver is better).

On the other hand, putting pressure on your opponents is always good, and Zuul can 'steal' techs by 'salvaging' wreckages, without needing a repair and salvage(having one increasing the rate even more).

On another note, I'll be open to continue that game tomorrow, most likely.
