Yeah that does bug me about "only one topic for ponies" that most sites enforce. I personally can't stand image macro spam (other type of image spam is ok to me though).

They should just give in and make full on pony boards, but I digress!

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I'm starting to have flashbacks from the great Yuri wars of '06.

We lost some good men that day...

Dearest Great Toady One,
Today I learned that you should look back on your past mistakes, and learn from them. I also learned that you should respect someone if something is ideologically sensitive to them. People don't like it when you constantly discuss things that bother them, especially when they've asked you to stop.

Your faithful beardling,

That couldn't possibly have been 2006, I wasn't even on the board then and I remember that. 2008, surely?

Or '09. More likely '09. Point is, it was dumb.

It wasn't good. It was a lot of suggestive pictures that suddenly disappeared and then everyone got a chiding.

Anything that Toady actually bans has to be pretty dumb. It's gotten a bit better with the removal of VN though. (You young whippersnappers wouldn't know what I'm talking about. :p)

If the meme didn't come with all the spam and eventual nonsense, I'm sure a lot more would slide. They seem inseparable when it comes to the fans though. I think he was waiting for an excuse, and like true fans, a Brony handed him one.

I suggest locking this before it becomes Pony Thread #4. Or worse, Pony Hate Thread (see above passive aggression).

That is a terrible idea to name it after bay12. At least until you can prove it is not going to be a hive of scum and... Oh wait I see bottom area.

Seriously. Bad bad idea for a name.

Serious suggestion here: Since it is only three hours old, close it down and open a new one that is not associated with bay 12.
