A lever. With nothing to link to.
I use levers to lure specific dwarves into traps all of the time.

Also keep in mind that we have declared that anything that is throwable by an adventurer is weaponizable. This means that every single item that can be held is weaponizable. This includes dead plants, refuse, stones, bodies, pebbles, armor, unbuilt furniture, cooked meals, and anything else that is haul-able by a dwarf. So if you are looking for something that isn't weaponizable you are going to need to look into things that can't be carried by a dwarf, such as snow (which I think has come closest to winning), clouds, mist, or other more intangible things.

Also this,
And... lets see here... A syndrome that causes things to live longer. Chronic immortality.
doesn't exist right now just so you know.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

Weaponize supports - without using a lever or pressure plate.

These work great for cave-in with exceptionally hot HFS. HFS walks nearby, support takes damage and deconstructs, cave-in causes a guaranteed hit and kill on HFS. I use it fairly often to deal with those more problematic FB's as well.

How about burnt grass? As in grass that has previously been on fire, but is no longer on fire, and the fire has gone out, and the grass hasn't grown back.

Wait for grass to regrow. Alternatively, collapse it.

Oops, nearly forgot about my unrelenting quest to achieve victory over this diabolical challenge. Time to whip up a new list of things:

Eye color.

Scars.

The Dwarf Fortress main theme.

Passing acquaintance status.

(can't remember if this has been said or not)Blood splatter.

-Only accept soldiers with a specific eye color.

-Give them to your dwarves in a Training from Hell that would break Spartans.

-Listen to it while murdering innocents.

-Give them time to become friends

-Beware its deadly blood!

I can't believe the only thing you guys can think of for the water covering is that old acid rain bug (which I'm pretty sure no longer exists).  Rain (and, by extension, snow) and mist will clean FB/titan blood/extract/venom splatters off a dwarf and onto the ground (yes, I realize that they'll clean them off the ground too, but you could have bridges or hatches ready overhead for the instant some splatter touches the ground, to seal it from the weather).  If they have any kind of syndrome, you have just weaponized rain/snow/mist.

Hmm, This is becoming rather difficult. How about...the world, In its entirety.

Yes, that's it! The entire world! You may be able weaponize anything, but I highly doubt you can weaponize everything.

Collapse the world.

Build Volcanic-Gas spewing chutes across the world.

And Lazers. Lazers that can rend holes in the fabric of the universe.
