LCS enlightened me.
« on: November 14, 2011, 04:09:33 pm »

I used to be a moderate. But after playing LCS (and talking on the Minecraft Forum general off topic), I have become liberal.
Still not elite liberal, though.

Wait, so...

An ASCII game about perpetrating urban terrorism and mass murder in the name of a political party influenced your personal politics?

Not sure if trolling or joking or just used the opportunity to switch to liberal because they needed an excuse...

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

Not necessarily. You are falling into the Post hoc ergo propter hoc fallacy. We only know that SealyStar first played the game and then became liberal. (Also, talked to people, which is the thing that usually does it)

I tried to play chess but two of my opponents were playing competitive checkers as a third person walked in with Game of Thrones in hand confused cause they thought this was the book club.

But he himself attributed it to LCS. That's why this thread exists. I have made no assumptions.

Okay, to clarify:

I am half trolling, half... not.
