How long until they go idle? I mean Could we have a Deadline for each turn so you don't end up waiting for 3 days for one player to make a decision on what to do. Also can we have it So if someone goes idle for too long like a week in RL their dwarf gets put onto something like hauling duty or military training until the player returns. The job they get assigned would be assigned by the whole group but could only be chosen once. As is if we all decide to have an (idle) hauler we can't decide to have the idle dwarf go into the military 3 weeks later. Or maybe they just find Some spare room and start a permenant party?

I don't think we need anything elaborate for idlers. Either they go idle or they haul stuff as convenient for the rest of us.

Also, you can always start rolling the turn, using the actions you have...

The reason why I wanted to wait till the end is so that things that conflict cause people are not working together can be fixed, after a while I will be rolling ealier and if you conflict you lose...
