Neyvn: Do we need an office to be a bookkeeper? How deep is the bay/lake/rivers?

Bookkeeper - Yes...
Depth
- Basic River, that means you can't walk over it. Bridge first my friend... :P The river is deep enough that it allows for light Boat travel on the lower river, upper unseen river can allow for heavy boat travel.
- Bay/Lakes are an extra depth, thats -1z lower then the river its attached to...
Rationing - Doubles the amount of food, but lowers the Happiness gained from it by 80%, in other words, 1 Barrel of food can feed 2 dwarves or rationed for 4, 1 Barrel of Booze can be drunk by 1 Dwarf or 2 if rationed...

ALSO TO NOTE. There are two waterfalls, the river above splits to the sides of the outcrop that is directly north of the river. It doesn't fall down the main face.... For some reason... Ke ke ke...

((You listed a "wardog" with the price of a puppy, so I assumed you wanted a puppy for future wardog duty. As such, you still have a puppy.

As for toolsets, you might have to share with kestrel, but yes, we've got Carpenter's, Mason's, and Stonecrafter's.))

Gah, so we need a bridge just to reach the cliff face? Damnable water!

Map's in the second post. It seems we are indeed cut off from the cliff face by the river, so yeah, we need a bridge before we can do anything. I guess now's as good a time as any to strip the land of edible plants.

Also, I guess building right between the waterfalls is an obvious move, right? I'm fine with doing it off to the side instead (and again, there's no problem with building side entrances now and main ones later) if we want.

Schedule:
    1: Pester* Sandow to build a temporary brewery. Find an open space near the river (around 5x5 metres), clear it for farming, gathering any plants within the plot. If there is time, turn the soil for planting
    2: [finish] Turn[ing] soil for planting. if finished before dark, gather plants.
    3: Gather plants.
    4: Plant recently gathered seed.
    5: Check if Sandow has built a still yet. If he has, brew something interesting from recently harvested plants. If not, continue to plant seeds.
    6: If there's a still, brew moar drinks. If not, Gather moar plants.
    7: If Sandow hasn't built the brewery yet, sow seeds in any places that have not yet been used. If he has, Brew All The Things!


*: "Excuse me, Sandow, was it? You're a carpenter, yes? Do you think you could Build me a brewery? I'd like to get down to work making fine ales and wines as soon as possible."

wOah. now that's interesting. looking back over the posting tiems, It seems that Hastur's last edit (which i assume is the edit where he put in his sheet) to his signup sheet was at 16-11-2011, 12:58:02, my time. Yours was posted at 16-11-2011, 05:28:52 (note that i am on the 24hr clock, so this cannot be PM), therefore, you squeezed in 7 hours before him, unless hasturs most recent edit was correcting his sheet, as edited in the day before or something. Hastur, can you supply a number of times you edited that post and on what days?

When I was going over it I must have just been throwing the profiles all together into that post and wasn't counting. When I fixed it up this morning, I discovered that you were the 8th... Don't worry speed of the Current Players might make it a very short wait for you to join...

Huh I just noticed I'm the only dwarf worshiping the god of trees, forgiveness and mercy. I feel like an elf. It sickens me. But they're the closest thing to a god of healing.

you should not make that assumption. you ask me if i can supply what times i edited that post but i have kept no such records. I dont even remember how many times i edited it. The easy solution is to have 8 founders, not to time warp everything...

I couldn't swear to it, but I think I remember Hastur's sheet being there when I was submitting my own.

Hastur, do you remember what the last things being said in the thread were when you finally submitted your sheet? I imagine you'd have been keeping up with it at the time.
