Hmm... Prettymuch any armored melee fighter (aside from undead, constructs, and very dorfy dwarves) wears some kind of thick padded clothing under their armor, to protect from blunt attacks and to keep the armor's joints from pinching them.
Now that Duncan's enchanted armor is out of the way, we should set said clothing on fire, and possibly cast a grease spell on him after that if we have time. (With some enemies setting them on fire is a bad idea, but since he attacks with a weapon instead of fists and is already berserk...)

Dothki Casts grease on Duncan! Duncan has trouble gripping his weapon and keeping his footing!
Ther rest of the group continues to attack Duncan only to be parried and blocked on all sides.
Elena is reattaching her limbs

Duncan attempts to cut down Maven but he slips on the grease losing the chance to attack!

Actually now that I think about it the setting on fire thing should wait until Elena is up, to make sure he is properly distracted. In the meanwhile we should continue attacking for a bit to stall him.

Elena finishes regenerating herself and is ready to attack! Will she opt for melee combat or will she distract Duncan with a barage of knives and darts? Or maybe She'll Finally get to useher Massive crossbow.

No, elena should attack some with melee weapons (he would probably deflect ranged attacks in troublesome ways) to keep him occupied while one of the mages sets Duncan's clothes on fire, because he is probably doesn't wear anti-magic padding and clothing between his anti-magic armor and his anti-magic skin. Once the fire is started it should be able to damage him due to being a physical process at that point.

Trying stiff with ropes would be as likely to trip our fighters as him, and he could always just cut the rope.

The group continues to wear down Duncan. Maven the spellsword and Korgath the beserker each Score a glancing hit.
While Duncan is fending off Ton-ton and Mazrul's attacks Elena Cuts off duncans left arm with a pair of well aimed strikes.
Adding insult to the injury Dothki Light duncan on fire. The fire spell ignites Duncans Oil soaked underclothes. Duncan is now on fire.

Even if we get his other arm, I still wouldn't trust him with our innards. Dude would probably bite his way out of us.
When we do kill him, getting his soul definitely seems like a thing we should do though.

While the others continue to attack, Dothki should shoot something necromantic at Duncan's arm stump to prevent anything from (re)growing out of it.

Due to pain, exhaustion and because this fight has dragged on far too long, the rest of the group jump on the Injured Duncan like a pack of wolves on a sword weilding moose. Duncan suffers many many attacks and quickly bleeds to death. Dothki for is part Makes sure to catch Duncans soul in his last soul jar. Dothki prefers jars over gems since youcan see the soul writhing in agony in a jar. If Dothki wants to captre anymore sols he's going to need to obtain more jars.

Elena takes Duncans sword andfinds it to be slightly enchanted so the it's sharper then normal steel and will never grow dull. (+1 longsword)

THe exits to the cave you are in are:
South (explored)
East (explored)
North (Unexplored, Duncans entrance)
West (unexlored)
