"WEZ LOOTED HIM, YA HUMIE WEAKLING!" The sluggacolt kicks out, sending the space marine flying across the room and embeding him in the wall.

You do not convince me. You rationalize your actions and because the result is favorable you become right.

They're not 'damn small'. They're as large as a rough rider's mount.

Daniel thought.

"Look, it's obvious we are coming from different angles, possibly different times altogether. For example, I am from England in 1839, and I am pretty sure I'm not a spy." He felt very uncomfortable being around these strangers, and wanted to get out as soon as possible. He could hear his voice shaking. "Please, don't kill me, cos I have a lantern. Filled with oil, and if I can find a tinderbox on me I can set you alight!" He waved the lantern in an unfriendly way. "So let's play nice!"

Wulfric rips himself from the wall, and stumbles forward as his arm remains imbedded. He lift the pistol, and lets loose two bullets which shatter the stone holding his arm, and he takes a step back. Wulfric then reaches into a small pocket on his left hip, and pulls out a key, a straight rectangular shape about 6 inches long, and half an inch thick with holes, and lines cut out of it at varying places.

Virskria looked around the room with a disapproving glance and reached into her jacket pocket. Taking out the keys she went upstairs, following the "Eldar". But not before giving a predatory smile to Daniel, he reminded her of John in some ways.

The lights went out. Daniel heard something slamming the door open. The rest were slaughtered within seconds. Daniel screamed as loud as he could. He dropped the lamp as the tall beast grabbed him by the neck. He felt it's metallic claws pierce his throat. He barely managed to escape before it's huge claw ripped his head off. Daniel stumbled out of the room and saw a door leading to the light. He ran quickly, opening the door. It was locked. He screamed in fear as he tried to bash against the door. The creature drew closer and closer.

Daniel was killed by the creature. Again. And again.

Alexander always ties up loose ends...

Daniel gasped against the wall. Did that happen? Was it just a hallucination?

"Oh... Oh God... What..." He choked on fear.

Daniel's scream jolted Sinden out of his train of thought.

"Tzeentch, why did you do this to me?"

Removing a key from one of the pockets of his robe, he walked slowly towards the sound of the disturbance.

Daniel noted where he was. A hallway filled with doors. He was to the left of one marked "D", which wasn't exactly that ornate. He opened it. Well, it wasn't exactly up to Brennenburg pre-shadow standards, but it was okay. It had a bed, nightstand and a writing desk. Daniel turned to Sinden.

"Oh, I am really sorry, it's just that..." Daniel was shaking. "I... I see things, occasionally. Just when I get nervous or if I'm in the dark... I think it was just going into Brennenburg. It had a lot of things in it I'd rather not see. Still, I'm glad I'm around people now. The only person with a lick of sanity was Agrippa in there, and he was rather... Well."
