Well considering you're failing your video card on what I assume is minimum settings (pretty sure system requirements lab tests for minimum settings) I'd say no. :P

It is pretty safe to assume if your using integrated graphics (such as the Intel chip sets) then you wont be playing much at all...

I can play TF2 at max settings, and it runs smoothly (except for the occasional internet lag.) Same goes for L4D2 for the most part. I was able to play Oblivion at high settings, except for the fact that if I tried to get it's resolution right, it would go black except for the HUD.

Screw you, Intel! *shakes fist*
Can you believe that this brand new laptop, with dual-core processors and 4 gigs of memory, can't even run Minecraft on the absolute lowest settings? I get like 15 frames per second, best-case.

Thats not true. Intel HD can run most games.

The Intel HD Graphics intergrated things won't run any sort of modern games, except for some indie titles. To my eternal regret.

2. Lock taskbar to the right side of your desktop.
3. Run Resize Enable

A sufficiently recent integrated graphic system might be able to run Skyrim, but it would look bad and probably be excessively choppy.

On the plus side, a video card is pretty much the easiest thing to upgrade (assuming you're not using a laptop), and you could probably get one capable of handling Skyrim without having to spend too much.

REALLY up in the air. Keep in mind TF2 and L4D2 both use an engine that is at least 8 years old now. Oblivion ran on even lower specs with some tomfoolery.

If you can't afford to upgrade, there's always the 360, but for a Bethesda game that's really an inferior way to go (if Skyrim remains as moddable as Bethesda's previous games)

“Do something!” she whispered, trying to keep her sight on all of them at once.
Basileus clapped his hands once. The Forgotten took a step forward, attracted by the sound.
