Then of course, I display my perplexed reaction using melty face purple pony:

What's the difference??

Muffins are big, fluffy, delicious baked goods, usually combined with fruit to form a godlike incarnation of tastiness.

Cupcakes are premature pastries with a glob of frosting and sprinkles stuck on them, neither of which I like.

...And I still find the melting pony hilarious.

The difference between the two, is that you put muffins into your friends bellies. You put your friend's bellies into cupcakes.

A bit late but maybe I should explain the UristMcHuman -bit. UristMcHuman is a user, whose views on the humane rights of our tiny piles of bits differ largely from the rest of the community. He thinks it's "morally wrong" to dump a noble in magma simply because he mandated something we can't make.
