Welcome to the forums, the community is generally awesome at helping beginners. Remember though, if your problem has to do with invaders/nobles, the answer is always magma. (inb4 someone fixes this and says magma solves everything)

What's the difference??

Muffins are big, fluffy, delicious baked goods, usually combined with fruit to form a godlike incarnation of tastiness.

Cupcakes are premature pastries with a glob of frosting and sprinkles stuck on them, neither of which I like.
