I seem to be having some rather odd clothing problems. My dwarves are wearing more and more clothing as time goes on. For instance, one miner is currently wearing 5 trousers, along with duplicates of most other clothing. He only has 1 set of brand new stuff, all the rest is damaged.

They just keep putting on new clothes when their old stuff gets damaged, but they don't take off the old stuff, and they keep complaining about wearing tattered clothing. Sometimes they take off the old clothes - I see a bit scattered around the rooms and stockpiles, but they still wear some of the old stuff. It keeps giving them unhappy thoughts.

The terrain is a hot moist broadleaf forest, and the new immigrants are coming in only wearing minimal clothing (1 upperbody, 1 lowerbody, shoes, gloves, cap). Also, I dont know if it might matter, but I have weather turned off and temperature turned on.

I'm still keeping the people happy by having a big dining room and other nice things, but it just seems odd that my people would be wearing so much, and never removing the unhappy thought generating old stuff.

Not sure if this is a bug, but I have seen this phenomenon as well. I've also seen boy dwarves wearing dresses, which always gives me a chuckle.

Yeah, it's one of those issues that cropped up when I switched things around, but I didn't create a bug report for it.  I'll do that for the next refresh.
