See an orthopedic doctor. They may be able to help.

It could also be that your legs are simply generating too much lactic acid with use of energy. Try eating a higher protein or carbohydrate diet. (NOT AN ACTUAL DIET, just increase these two nutrients.)

3200 time trial indicates a starting pace of 10:45, though that was when I was running alone. Only 50 seconds to go!

-snip-

Actually, we are rolling into winter, so it is quite cool here, even during the day. (Arizona)

I used to walk quite a lot just a couple years ago, hours per day. I know I can do quite the distance if I want, I just need to get motivated to do it. (Skyrim really isn't helping, neither is Skyword Sword...)

I'm convinced that I'm now doing my deadlifts more or less spot-on correct, and all of a sudden constantly adding weights is no problem. :D

going to start experimenting with squats soon, then I'll try to make the transition over to the new schedule.

I do multiple reps daily with 32 and 40 pound weights. Sometimes they give me hugs.

I didn't think that counted, but mine is 28 pounds, for comparison.
My lower back and calves certainly think it counts. And in all seriousness, I have significantly more upper-body strength and bicep/tricep mass now than I did before having children.

My older one is 60 lbs, and can certainly give me a workout at times.  I don't rough around with them too often these days, but still... a couple weeks ago I was doing the trick with them where they grab my hands and walk up my torso until they flip over backwards.

And now my daughter has a new favorite pastime.

So far all of this walking seems to be paying off. Just got back from my second walk for today, and my knee's don't really bother me like they did before. My pants fit better as well. In short...

PUNCH IT IN THE NOSE. I mean, sharks weigh far more than that. I believe in the Punchmaster.

There needs to be a fighting game with me as a character. That way I could fight myself endlessly.

I've now gone full-out on the "Starting Strength" schedule, no more machines for me!

So far, these are the weights I'm up to for the different exercises:

Obviously, I've just begun on most of these, so it should see a very quick increase the next weeks.

With the workouts alternating between:

Just posting these things so I can return in a month or two and laugh at the puny weights. 8)

I generally just hoist a large fencepost over my shoulders and run around my backyard till i thow up if i wanna get fit, its rough, but if you do it every 2 days for a month, results are guaranteed.

Today I found out I can do multiple lifts at my weight in the benchpress. (125lbs/56.82kg) About what is average, proportionally, for that? I know my arms are sticks, so I'm trying to fix that.

As in you weigh 56.8kg? Well, it does no good worrying about averages. Just doing the job is OK. Doesn't matter what you lift, how heavy it is- as long as you stick to a good fitness regime. I lift very light weights due to damaged shoulder joints (got to build muscle framework, said le doctor) but do a lot. I don't benchpress because it strains the shoulders- but seriously Barbarossa? It does not matter in the slightest what you lift... just be prepared for roid junkies who will criticise you for lifting any less than 100kg.

Well, I weigh that and I lift that. I honestly couldn't care any less about what other people think of my lifting capacity, I'm just trying to come up with a good goal. Lifting what I do right now isn't going to make me any fitter than I currently am, methinks.
