Flux Stone and Refined Coal

What would be considered flux stone and refined coal? I tried reading the Wiki, but I'm kinda comfused.

Refined coal: Charcoal (made from burning wood at a wood furnace), coke (made from bituminous coal or lignite at a smelter).
Flux stone: Marble, limestone, chalk, dolomite, or calcite boulders.

Oh? I have plenty of each type, but how come I still can't make pig iron bars? I got both types of coal, chalk, and an iron bar.

The "coal" has to be processed into "coke" at a smelter before it can be used to make pig iron.

Either deconstruct/rebuild the smelter or add the order "Make pig iron bars" via the job manager.
