How do I install this?

Download the stable release in the first post and it should include instructions. If not download the original pony fortress mod and that should have instructions in it.

How do I install this?

Download Nido's mod and copy the files into your raw folder. Then download HotS and copy it there too, overwriting when prompted.

Working. New features:

New buildings that required rainbow metal needed 150 bars. Derp. That's no longer the case.

Altered all pony caste body sizes and aging, based on discussions in the main thread.

Major facelift for evil entities:
-Disciple faction removed.
-Diomedian faction significantly altered: added castes of the Disciple faction [didn't make sense for them to be two separate factions] with alteration. Now the Diomedans have 8 castes, the 4 extra being the more rare, Taint-augmented versions of the common one: Ravager (Keshi with a chitin carapace and scything claws), Deathwing (Darkbolt with scales, reinforced structure and fire breath), Lasher (Tentacle with an extra one) and Nightmare (Dark Prince boosted to the level of a Unity alicorn). Diomedan entity recieved a graft of ethics, positions and color scheme [everypony exept the royals have black coats and white manes] from the Drow (Mod by Rhenaya). Tentacles and royals have magic interactions (Faerie Fire, Darkness, Ice Dart, Fireball).
-Chimera Ponies are evil and have the same ethics set as the Diomedans to encourage relationship. Added the manticore pony caste (aka Brass from FoE:PH). Prophets granted magic interactions.

Also, pegasus wings now have feathers.

P.S.: The title isn't related to another PH character. At least, for now.

You know, going from the title I assumed you made a pony with a single slade vital organ and made the rest regenerate uber-fast vi werebeast tinkering.

-Figure out a way for the IMP to work. Would appreciate if somebody pointed me to some !!RESEARCH!! on weresyndromes.
-Play around with the good entities.

Idea:
-Royals diminished in size and rarity.
-To get an actual alicorn (comparable in size and ability to a Unity member) IMP must be used.

-Played around with pony sizes.
-Played around with the entities. All good pony entities have different positions now.
-Added the IMP syndrome. It can turn a pony into a powerful alicorn, or... something else.
-Solved all color pattern errors. At last.

Note:
The modified inorganic_mineral raw makes the world gen crap out after 20-50 years. Use the unmodified version instead.
Don't know why, I don't remember changing that much in this one.

Ehm... It's not the inorganic raw. :/

World gens (somewhat) stably with small space, medium history, medium beasts and sites, high minerals and savagery.
