Why won't my bookkeeper use his office/do his job?

He owns an office, better than meager. It says so in his profile. I have all his labors turned off as well (their are no labors associated with any of the managerial positions that i can see), yet he is always doing nothing. His office has a table, chair and door.

Any advice?

hover over the noble thing, press s for settings. Set to maximum accuracy

I totally remember when I had this exact same problem... took me ages to figure it out! :P It's much nicer to know how much of everything you have, no?

Yeah, my habit now is to use: n -> [ up arrow ] -> s -> [ up arrow ] -> escape -> r -> select who my book keeper will be.  This way I don't accidentally set a book keeper without also setting him to max accuracy.
