For those of you who don't normally pay attention to your tongue and take it for granted, it probably forces you to recognize that thing in your mouth is actually there.

I have been cursed with an abnormally large tongue that barely fits between my teeth, so I am almost always aware of it because it keeps bumping into everything, so this didn't affect me in the slightest.

Actually some time ago I took to placing my tongue in between my teeth to keep me from grinding my teeth. I tend to chomp down on my tongue a bit which worries my dentist a bit.

Eeyup. I can't focus on anything, sometimes I forget to breath and everyone is worried about my discolored face.

Then I inhale and everything is better  :P

In highly stressful situations, it's possible to unintentionally hold one's breath.

Anyway, tongues. I hate my tongue, it rubs against my teeth all the time and ends up getting painful sores.

Personally I dont have absolutely any issues with my tongue.
