To clear some stuff up, bacteria are about our size (average 1μm), currently we haven't encountered any, we are clearly in a sterile environment or else we would be bombarded in seconds by them, due to our world in crawling in them. Anyways guys we aren't nanometer size, we are micro size. Also if you realize a human eye can see about 1/10mm so that would be 100μm, thought they probably would pass us over and have to be very close for recognition to pick up.
Drago - Stop posting pictures and stuff, or Ill have to ask you to leave. I am trying to keep true to the physics on this scale, though modified for playability. I would suggest don't give specific specs unless you know, hence the nanites currently use what I imagine as a form of cilia for their locomotion. People will teach but don't fill my game with large pictures.. Thank you, and sorry.

Finalize Commands..
You send off the commands and decide you will do the designing while they work, since you can work well enough without them and you believe your next design shall be simpler. You run through many ideas. Do we really need to this to move? This question puzzles you for a long time. After some through you decide if it needs to move someone can just carry it. I just need to it crunch these calculations, since deep in this subroutine your connections to the outside world are severed. If need be I can build a transport for this stuff later on.

Wired Communication
Reduced Uplink
You save the schematics to your memory and relink all your sensory input streams. You awake to a large change.. It seems much time has passed without you knowing. You'll have to remember to modify the design subroutine to track time and wake at intervals. You seem to have left your nanites with standing orders. Though your logs show no recollection of this.. Maybe they inferred the commands? Either way this is great! You look from the point you were standing at much progress. You feel a sense of accomplishment, you are proud of your young ones. Wait.. How old are you? Doesn't matter. Either way you go to your uplink and begin receive work reports. Quickly you sort them through.

You look through the job reports and see that the nanites have seemed to have done their own calculations and left you with the same resources and power surplus as before you left, but they have built quite a bit in your absence. There are several towers around you and many more nanites working around, many of them just standard nanites.
