I suggest a gas giant's moon, around a red dwarf. The planet is kinda near its star, and the moon is near its planet.
-Temperature: medium, quite hot (mean: 28°C.)

-Atmosphere: mainly oxygen, carbon dioxyde, nitrogen, and lot of hydrogen and helium (the nearby gas giant...). let's say 30% dihydrogen, 20% helium, 20% nitrogen, 15% carbon dioxide, 10% oxygen and 5% water.

-Oceans/rain: water.

-Gravity: HERE come the fun stuff. the moon is small (about 1.5 times our moon. around 2600km), so the gravity is low (a mean 1/5 to 1/4 earth's). Plus, the gas giant's gravity is able to change gravity... the gravity is smaller on the planet-side, and stronger on the opposite side. The moon may end tide-locked though.

-Day/year lengh and season: Oh my, it's complicated. The moon rotate around the giant that rotate around the star. If the moon is tide-locked, the side facing the star is HOT, and the other cold. It also mean 1 day=1 year. with a dark season in wich the moon is in the planet's shadow.

We're in methane. keep this on mind. chemicals behave differently.
First, methane is basic carbohydrate. an energy source much more efficient than glucose, if well-used.
Second, it is non-polarized, contrary to water. Membranes on earth auto-assemble because they are repulsed by electrically-charged water (they are made of fat). We currently swim in fat. fat is long chain of carbohydrates. methane is carbohydrate.
Third, it is COLD. damn cold. and pressure is infernal. around -90°C and fifty times earth's atmospheric pressure. Normals proteins and DNA/RNA won't work.

We must reinvent everything from the goddamn beginning.

Just don't mention specific chemicals at all in that case, just their purpose.

Also, since this time around we're *explicitly* controlling the cell *directly, through the fourth wall*, it probably means most things relating to information are more or less worthless, as they are not filtering our influence at all the same way and we're already vastly beyond anything any single cell could ever do in absolute terms. Something very similar is probably true for reproduction as well.

also, who said the membrane was made of phospholipids? it could be made of neutral 'heads' and negative/positive 'tails' so that the tails are weakly repulsed by the neutral methane... (if that would work, IIRC, it ought to)

We don't use glucose, as oxygen is rare there. rather long carbon-chained thingies. maybe cyclohexen? something with lot of carbon-carbon links. anyway it'll work pretty similarly.

DNA and RNA will comport less oxygen and more nitrogen. something polarised.
