I'll provide pictures that I'll draw using some program (MS paint, probably) and if I become good enough, I may start adding colour. (provided you have eyes which can detect colour)

I'd have probably not started if it wasn't for this. It actually made me bothered to make this thread. yes, it may seem similar, but that is because I've had these ideas bouncing around my head for a while, and they happened to be very like this one.

I suggest a gas giant's moon, around a red dwarf. The planet is kinda near its star, and the moon is near its planet.
-Temperature: medium, quite hot (mean: 28°C.)

-Atmosphere: mainly oxygen, carbon dioxyde, nitrogen, and lot of hydrogen and helium (the nearby gas giant...). let's say 30% dihydrogen, 20% helium, 20% nitrogen, 15% carbon dioxide, 10% oxygen and 5% water.

-Oceans/rain: water.

-Gravity: HERE come the fun stuff. the moon is small (about 1.5 times our moon. around 2600km), so the gravity is low (a mean 1/5 to 1/4 earth's). Plus, the gas giant's gravity is able to change gravity... the gravity is smaller on the planet-side, and stronger on the opposite side. The moon may end tide-locked though.

-Day/year lengh and season: Oh my, it's complicated. The moon rotate around the giant that rotate around the star. If the moon is tide-locked, the side facing the star is HOT, and the other cold. It also mean 1 day=1 year. with a dark season in wich the moon is in the planet's shadow.

Distance from sun is further from earth so is mostly cold but massive "heart trees" produce a lot of heat makingit cod but not cold enough for snow on most of the planet

Star is a blue giant
For two months every year it goes into an asteroid belt composed of small boulder tohousesize asteroids

Moon is mainly iron and nickel but has other element ts
Has liquid methane trapped under it and for the two months in the asteroid belt I gets pelted with rocks causing it to spew methaneq
Mainly blue rock and some yellow

Planet rain is mostly liquid methane but is sometimes water
Methane drops mostly evaporate when they hit he ground but are collectable

Life type will be through course of play
Planets core is molten cobalt and tungsten
Water nea the core reaches temps of about fifty to one hundred degrease C and warm water bubbles to the surface
Methane vents deep underwater
MNy underwater caves
Upper atmosphere is mostly dust
Planets rings are made up o cobalt and ice

Day cycle is either half an earth day or two point five earth days
Year is 1.2 earth years
Gravity is 2 earth gravities

Crystals with strange properties can be found like fire crystals that come in many colour and can be utilized with technology later

helium goes liquid at -268.93°C. methan goes solid at -182.5°C. water goes solid at 0°C.
how can you have these three liquid at the same time?

Yes, very good work. 
Plants coloration depend on the amount of energy delivered by sun. Blue giants send LOT of energy, thus plants tend to only absorb low-energy spectrum (otherwise they'll die burning), and thus are blue-purple. congrats on this.
Methane oceans and such are of course possible, but it mean that water is permanently frozen (water-speaking).
If there is also methane rains and ice, it means that temperature is around -82.7°C and pression around 46 times earth's one. that's physics. It exists: on Titan.
For the rest, it's plausible.

Wait!!?!?  Got the blue purple thing for blue giant right!!,!??? I just chose purple and blue for plants cause I like it and blue giants are cool. I love my subconcious and kaian your cool for saying it's very good and proving that random stuff that I like all connects together.
