No-Shave November

Have a happy one! Anyone else celebrating?

(If you don't know, the idea is to not shave all month and see how much hair you can grow in a month. Everyone's invited!)

Oh good Lord. As much as I like this idea, I'd have animal control attacking my neck, thinking a rabid woodchuck had latched onto me. I don't know why the hell my beard grows down faster than it grows out. I might only have an inch or so deep and yet I'll be shaving down below my Adam's apple.

I haven't shaved in months and I doubt I'll shave this month either.

To pause the nanobots that keep my face in a constant state of clean shaven would require me to find the remote for them, and that could take a while...

I'll have you know I have a dead sexy 5'oclock shadow going! In fact just a little more ruggard than that if anything! See Tony Stark? Yea, like that, but a little more wide spread.

And it only took two months...

I'm gonna do it too - but not because it's no-shave-movember, but because some friends always have a costume party on their anniversary (and call it Decemberween), and this year it's themed - "People or things that inspire you". I'm

Edge.

Hey cool we are sporting the same set up... Though mine was longer a while back, trimmed it down after I found myself saving yet more soup in me whiskers. As much as it sounds Dwarfy, the girlfriend was not enjoying kissing me. :P

I couldn't no-shave if I wanted to, when I hit puberty only like half of my hair follicles actually decided to work.  Basically my options are clean shave or Shaggy from Scooby Doo.

Zoinks.

My options are:
1) ZZ Top
2) Brother Zebediah, the angry Amish
3) 1/2" thick full beard and mustache (this is the ideal state after trimming/shaving)

Clean shave is not an option. Not only is it nearly impossible for me to achieve, but after I did it one time before my wife forbade me from doing it again.

I yearn for the day I can grow a viking beard, long enough to be braided...  :'(
