DEFINITELY interested, though I hope the common sense application of plants includes that some plants are to be used as both dyes and food (onions? maybe berries?)

I always wished there were more Stone Age mods around for DF...

The download won't be available till completed, but that shouldn't be too far off if I knuckle down today.

Onions can be cooked up into Onion Soup, Onion Stew or Onion, dried [Prefixable Post-Cooking Tag, anybody?]

I have yet to expand the dyes, but I'll look into berries.

++ Also, +1 Screenshot set above.

Woolly Mammoths

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Edit;
Ok so, everything is good to go! Except, everybody in world Gen is still dying of starvation. I've given them onions for all-year-round farming, what else do they want from me? D:<.

Oh, wait, Onions aren't edible uncooked... Therefore, if I... *returns to workshop in Fey mood*

Edit2;

Nope.

I went in-game in Year 3 (They all die out in Year 4), to check the farms... They were all empty. So for some reason, the Humans aren't farming. Any ideas?

Did you add the food reactions and stuff to the entity file so that they have access to them?

Or wait, I don't think you need to do that with food. Hmmm, did you edit the entity or creature at all?

Are the new food stuffs able to be grown in the biome the humans start in?

All fixed. It was something to do with Jobs, although I'm pretty sure I didn't remove any food-related ones.

Going to give everything a check over and release it within the hour.

You can add optional bodypaint/tatoos as a color of the skin with proper descriptions or even special tissue/pattern on top of skin.
