The gladiators are arrayed for combat, and everyone knows for what they are fighting: a lazy Administration incapable of figuring out a better start to day 14.
Again, Sodel cannot wear both the copper breastplate and leather armor, so leather armor dropped. Dastot can't up dodger to 2 as it already is at 2, so 20 Urists refunded.
And I thought the last one was long.
Fekod started things off, bashing a zombie in the right foot, and quickly took it out in 5 hits. Fekod:1
Bob the mandrill picked up right where he had left off yesterday, biting away at the zombie, but Pan took over after 2 bites and took it out Pan:1
Dastot took 4 hacks and a zombie was in the ground. Again. Dastot:1
Sodel slashed off three body parts, a leg, a hand and a foot, in three slashes. Sodel:1
Matthias, Jack, and Fekod all teamed up on a zombie, but it was Matthias that struck the killing blow. Matthias:1
Fekod quickly took one out with just 3 blows. Fekod:2
Dastot tried to kill one, but Jack snuck in and took it out. Jack:1
Tersr's still unnamed badger got enraged! But Fekod doesn't care! Another one dead. Fekod:3
Matthias took apart a zombie, breaking its skull in the process. Matthias:2
Jack took a zombie apart in 4 blows, taking away its left foot on the last blow. Jack:2
A coalition of Bob, Sodel, and Pan bashed away at a zombie, but sneaky Clara took the kill by hacking into a thumb (or a pinky, whichever is the first finger). Clara:1
Matthias continued his rampage, severing a right hand on the way to: Matthias:3
Flint killed his first zombie with 4 blows. Flint:1
Just two blows for Fekod got him his kill. Fekod:4
Bragheera, whose name give me nightmares, took apart a zombie attacking Tersr's badger. Brageera:1
Fekod destroyed a zombie in just two blows to take a commanding lead. Fekod:5
Not to be outdone, Flint bashed away 5 times. Flint:2
Sodel slammed a zombie into the ground, and soon it was both armless and lifeless. Wait, hold on... Sodel:2
Matthias put a zombie on the ground, and soon killed it in his chase to catch Fekod. Matthias:4
BOOM, BANG, Splat. Fekod just doesn't stop. Fekod:6
Clara was well on the way to a kill, but Flint charged in for the kill. Flint:3
Dastot, who started off the killing, finally got another one in 4 hits. Dastot:2
Fekod tore some brain, but the zombie stood, and Tersr took his first kill. Tersr:1
One punch, one stab, one more kill by Sodel. Sodel:3
One charge, one bash, and Fekod pulls even further away! Fekod:7
Sometimes, you spill rotting guts. Sometimes, you spill decomposing guts. Sometimes, you don't care have Tersr spill some rancid guts. Tersr:2
One strike from Clara, tearing the spleen. One hack from Clara, and the left leg was crushed. One bash from Pan, and the kill was stolen. Pan:2
Fekod somehow keeps killing, taking two blows to go to: Fekod:8
Pan tries to kill another one, but is stolen from by Sodel. Sodel:4
Matthias gets his game back on and slays one in three. Matthias:5
Bob tried to get another kill, and is punched in the right rear leg for his efforts. Sodel tries to get another kill, and does. Sodel:5
Jim bit a finger off! Pan doesn't care and simply kills the zombie. Pan:3
Dastot slashes away at another one, and gets his head back in the game. Dastot:3
Pan comes in and smashes a zombie after Sodel and Jim take too long to get in a second blow. Pan:4
Dastot gets charged, but stands like a rock and knocks the zombie down. Then, he kills in 5. Dastot:4
Sodel knocks out a zombie, taking off two limbs. Sodel:6
Matthias and Jack team up, but Matthias gets the kill after chopping off a hand. Matthias:6
Sodel takes one out after a strike from his shield, and he just keeps charging upwards. Sodel:7
Dastot charges to a kill, his fifth. Dastot:5
B-Leopard takes his time and one full page to score a second kill. Brag-ah whatever:2
Fekod tries to kill another one and get back to his rampaging ways, but fails on Jack's sneakyness. Jack:3
Sodel come in and takes out a zombie that knocked down Bob. Sodel:8
Tersr steals a kill with one blow after Dastot struck 4 times. Tesr:3
Sodel rushes to the lead after 5 stabs and a punch to the head. Sodel:9
Flint fractures some bones and gets a kill. Flint:4
Clara hacks apart a zombie in 3 blows and sends limbs flying. Clara:2
Bob and Jim combine to hit a zombie 6 times, but then Pan strolls in to harvest the mandrills' work. Pan:5
Jim, Bragheera, and Pan get a united kill, but only Pan gets a kill. Pan:6
Bob fought for an entire page, but to no avail as Clara strode in for the kill. Clara:3
Sodel strives to break double digits, shattering the skull and tearing the brain. But wait! It still lives! Pan notices in time to kill it. Pan:7
In a marathon battle, a zombie takes no less than 6 pages of punishment, spending one just charging Tersr's badgers. Eventually, he just comes in and does what they cannot, stabbing thrice for the kill. Tersr:4
Bob, now frustrated at his lack of blood, sneaks in and steals a kill from Dastot. Bob:1
Clara gets charged, but she jumped a away and struck it down. Clara:4
Fekod tries to get back to his winning ways, but Tersr had other ideas. Tersr:5
Tersr then turned around and kicked around a zombie, but Clara took over the kill from the showboat. Clara:5
Bob keeps trying, but Tersr for in the way, punching the zombie and having the attack glance away, but killed the zombie anyway. Tersr:6
Bragheera, angry over the mutilation of his (her?) name, scratched and bit a zombie in largely ineffective strikes and killed it anyway. Bragheera:3
Matthias finally came back to his winning ways, taking one apart in 4. Matthias:6
Dastot took his time and systematically took apart a zombie. Dastot:5
The battle keeps on rolling, and Flint steals a kill from Matthias. Flint:5
4 blows from Tersr and another one bites the dust. Or another one would, but it now lacks a head. Tersr:7
Bragheera and Tersr's badger do their best, but then Pan took the kill. Pan:8
Flint seems to have found his footing, and takes out another one. Flint:6
Two pages and Tersr's badger fails to get a kill. Three blows later and Jack takes the kill. Jack:4
Almost there, almost there, almost there, almost there, ah who am I kidding we've got a long way to go. Especially Dastot, who had a kill stolen from him by a resurgent Jack. Jack:5
Tersr's badgers are just having a bad day, as they fail once again to establish a kill, giving it away to Flint. Flint:7
Two humans team up, but Matthias gets the kill in 4. Matthias:7
Dastot soars in to steal yet another kill from a now very angry Fekod. Dastot:6
Bragheera tries to get a fourth kill, but is stymied by Jack, who came in and dealt just one blow. Jack:6
Bob tries to get in a kill, but Sodel and Jack prevent it, Jack striking last. Jack:7
Not to be outdone, Bob comes back and steals a kill from someone completely unrelated to the prior incident, Tersr. Score? Bob:2
Jim tried his hand at combat, and failed. Matthias had to come in and get his axe stuck in the zombie no less than 4 times on 4 hacks. Matthias:8
I'm so close. So is Pan, at least to double digits, as she takes one out in 4. Pan:9
A zombie falls to Bragheera! Then gets back up again and killed by Jack. Jack:8
Desperate to get in that one last kill to put him in double digits, Sodel goes crazy on a zombie, and finally takes it out in 5. Sodel:10
Tersr strikes out at a zombie, taking off its left foot as it dies. Tersr:8
Jim fought and fought and fought, but after 3 pages, Fekod came in to finally get another kill. Fekod:9
Clara came, she saw, and she made a similar roman reference as she chopped down a zombie. Clara:6
Flint did quite some damage, but it was Dastot that waltzed in for the kill in 3. Dastot:7
Not to be outdone, Flint killed a zombie with his bare hands! And a bunch of copper, but that's less exciting. Flint:8
Clara cam again, but was too lazy to be snazzy and stuck her axe in some zombie brains. Clara:7
Tersr strikes again, finishing an 8 page long battle between Ratel and a zombie that took almost the entire length of the battle to end the battle. Tersr: 9
