Hm... An evil domesticated animal deity would probably be a dog, a donkey (man, that god is SUCH an ass (you know you want it to be so)), or some other animal that has negative traits.

And by binary star system with three suns, I meant two stars and a herd of flaming elephants. But two suns works too, I guess, and Tophus makes war upon the Plane of Shadow.

The day-night cycle... I'll Paint something up really quickly to use.

How about instead of doing what I specifically asked people NOT to do, you make a character?

Spoiler: Domain: Elephant (click to show/hide)
Is this domain fine? I'm considering making a 9th level spell called Call of the Elephant Herd, which compels a ridiculous number of elephants, probably all within some number of miles/level, to come to the local area over a long period of time. Regardless, I'll find a way to get me my natural tusk attacks.

Working on my Cleric, no longer a Favored Soul because for whatever reason Favored Souls don't get domains.

Gaining tusks really shouldn't be something you gain by just joining the order, you should have to earn them, probably level 10, turning vorpal at level 20.

Same as above, but level 5 gives you small tusks which work as a small shortspear (1d4) (tiny if your small (1d2)) and go out a bit more at level 10 going up to the damage of a medium shortspear (1d6) and going to small for small characters. level 20 making them vorpal.  Larger characters follow the same rules medium at level 5 then large at 10.

Can I make another one of these Shared Universes? I love the idea, but I don't like the strictness of the creation rules here and only being able to have cameos of other PCs.

Do what you want, I have those rules for a reason.

I approve of this message, so you'd have at least one interested party.

No offense to KotW, of course. Just different strokes, and all that.

I'm sorry that I want some things to be a mystery.  It's not like this is all about playing d&d and not a group world building thing, not like we already have like 5 of those types of games.

Yeah, we have world-building things indeed, just not a d&d group that combines that with a ruleset... They're pretty different ideas, just I wanted to ask you because the basic idea is based off of your thread.

Well you can do that if it's just one group, this is about a huge shared character pool and world but with numerous dm's crafting it.

Yeah... I'm planning on having multiple campaigns too. We're just building the world at the start.

Yeah, go ahead and put limitations on yourself before you even do an adventure.

...I don't really think I want to argue over which of our things is better, because I don't believe either one is superior to the other... I only really came here to ask permission...
