You better get in here quick Grek, their lust for blood is making them eat each other now!

Yep. Grek didn't show up. We did decide on what to do about the drow though.

So, we confirmed tonight that Grek is as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

As it turns out, my relatives assurances that their house will have internet access over Thanksgiving break are as reliable as a Ford Pinto.

Sorry for not showing up, but now that problem is fixed, we can have a saturday or sunday session if people want.

Yeah, you set that up, I'll be there. Sunday or Saturday is good.

Please, please change the thread title-and send some people PM's to tell them we're on for this weekend?

Because some don't check the thread for a reason...then complain when they miss the session...

I'd prefer Sunday, but tomorrow could work.

I'd prefer Sunday, but tomorrow could not work.

Also I might not be able to make it Sunday.

Sunday at the same time that we could have started at today would work for me.

Sunday is a no-go (4 hour drive, natch), so Saturday at the usual time it is.

Has a consensus been reached as to what you want to do with regards to the Drow? So far, I count 2 votes to report back to base, 2 votes to help them and 1 vote to pretend to help them long enough for the druid to steal an assassin vine and then eat the drow. Assuming there's no deciding vote, I'm going to count that last one as a vote to return to port.

We tell the elves we won't help them until we talk to the duerger. If they tell us where they are, all well and good. If not, they can get stuffed. After we meet with the duerger, we then go back to port and report.  Then we either help the elves or not after that.

The elves don't know where the deurger are.

There is an ancient dwarven tradition of secrecy when it comes to the locations of dwarven strongholds. Most dwarves don't even know where the entrances to their clanhold are; they are led to and fro blindfolded and under gaesed guard so that they can't tell even if they wanted to. Stupendously paranoid, yes, but that's what you get for being ruled over by the same dozen immortal vampiric overlords for the last thousand years.
