That's only approximate.

And no, that means they came from somewhere before our universe began.

13-15 billion isn't the beginning of Time, its the oldest known particle we've detected, supposedly from 2 seconds after the Big Bang.

Now, my original plan was to fly in the face of current-day Cosmology and Physics and say they're blatantly wrong, but I figured I could always use it to my advantage by devising a manner to circumvent the established age of the universe. Its really, really obvious.

If they didn't come from this universe during the Time its existed, they must have come from...
