The order is right to left on this one. Micleus creates public transport, which will fail... soonish. Ochita does the dwarfy thing and makes booze and adwarf makes an EEEEEEVIL portal.

19-A witch-ran lemonade stand forces everyone to buy some rather dodgy lemonade and forgo choosing a dice (It's chosen randomly for you) next turn, OR lose any remaining movement for this turn.
