[33g adventure mode] Can't move into one square

My second time through a cave (huntuing the rat that killed my first adventurer) I came across a apparently open tunnel headed due north which my dwarf refused to progress move than a few steps into. I can go back south just fine, but I can't go north. There's nothing in the sqare I'm trying to move into.

I've tried saving/reloading and force moving into the square. Nada.

Have you tried crawling through it? It could be a misplaced occupancy tag, or something.

Does this happen a lot?  I don't remember if there are any checks to remove errors (there are for items), but I haven't had a report of this for a while.  Do you remember if anything had happened in that tunnel before?

It only happened one one or two places (I'm unsure about the location of the second one, it have been the same square). If memory serves there was some blood around the tile, but no objects on the tile.
