Maybe insanity shouldn't always be lethal

One word: Asylums. We already have skills like consoler that could calm them down. We even have chains and cells to keep them.. er.. harmless.

You wouldn't rush Goya or Faulkner or Tarantino. Think about Toady as equal to those artists. And then deal with it.

It´s so poetic. I feel like building a huge monument to the title, a Ziggurat if you would.

Insane dwarfs should generate material for comedians.  Especially if they are just lurking about the fort.  A jobless very social dwarf should seek them out, be able to use them as circus freaks.

See the Frothing Dwarf drink six.
Watch Urist 'Nutso' McCrazy balance two axes on his ears!

Idea: Berserkers. Trap berserk Dwarves, get them to calm down, and train them to go into a berserk rage when in battle.

Idea: Berserkers. Trap berserk Dwarves, get them to RAGE EVEN MORE, and ATTACH BATTLE AXES TO THEIR ARMS, and go into a berserk rage when in battle.

FIXED THAT FOR YOU.

Yes, but if they're constantly raging, it's hard to direct them to where you want them :P.

Why would you want to control them? RANDOM BLOOD SHED FTTTWWWWW
[And it seems dwarfy enough. Plus UBER TASTIC ARENA!!!!]

One candy dwarf fighting off hordes of insane battle axe wielding dwarves, while standing on top of a rock pyramid.

Or goblin sieges having the ground suddenly caving in, only to have berserk dwarves slaughtering all who move. HA HA HA HA!!!

Someone please mod this.

You are talking about an insane dwarf right?

Though there really should be a way to assign weapons to prisoners e.t.c.

Yes, but if the Dwarf is too insane to attack Elves then that means he's useless for my purposes, or even worse an Elf double-agent.

No I'm proposing we have insane dwarves attack everything.

Except maybe other insane dwarves, I really want an insane dwarf corps.
