How many exactly is several? And how did they get there? If its by ship, then sending out the drones to a position where they could weld holes in the ship might make a point.

Quote from: Application
Name: Needlenose Inquisitor (Converted Ancient Vessel)
Type: Research Vessel
Length: 30 metres, give or take.
Width: 25 metres.
Height: 7 metres.
Houses: Ancient defense systems (shielding, slightly good condition), 2 nanobot repair sets (worked and worn down to the bone), 4 converted crew bunks (double decker, 8 max crew members), Bargain quality Mass Effect field device.

The inquisitor was bought by a bunch of scientists, who then hired 2 mercenaries to protect the crew. The ship was then unceremoniously sent into the darkest reaches of space to look for who-knows-what.

The bridge is the most spacious part of the ship, excluding the cargo area (which was converted into crew quarters.) Adjacent to the converted crew quarters is the research bay, where the crew stores their stuff and perform research. The rest of the ship, aside from the bridge, is just a mess of wiring and machinery.

While the ship is quite heavy, being an ancient piece of junk, a bargain mass effect field device controls and shifts it's weight regularly, and as needed.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Is this okay?

EDIT: Fixed the images. Now, they have borders.

Yup as long as you tell me which way is forward, and what kind of place you would like to start.

Also If anyone want to redraw the crappy stuff I draw feel free.

In a dead ship graveyard, not too far away from cerepa, and with more space rock than ships/cargo itself.

I'm on campus right now and won't be able to draw my ship until later tonight, at least. But just so I know how big I need to make the pictures (and to see if this ship idea is copacetic or not), how's this...

Code: [Select]
Name: Heavy Dragonfly
Type: Luxury cruise liner, retrofitted into a freelance trading, salvage and transport vessel.
Crew: Originally 50, with ample space for 300 passengers. Nowadays runs with a skeleton crew of fourteen, with 200 of the original passenger quarters converted into cargo space.
Length: 700 meters
Width: 150 meters
Height: 100 meters
Mass: 150,000 tons (Battleships weigh about 65,000 tons, and larger cruise liners can weigh up to 220,000 (!!!), so yeah, 150,000, give or take. I don't know what a reasonable amount of cargo capacity would be, so the difference between the dry dock weight and the operational weight might be considerable.)
Notable systems and equipment: Docking station for one or two smaller vessels; extra-spacious cargo bays; crude but semi-effective mass drivers; ugly-as-sin, low-tech armor-plating; towing package; basic surveillance and salvage scanners; swimming pool

So... good? Required sprite dimensions?

Edit: Put the specs in code, didn't see that requirement earlier.
