The current one is a good tutorial quest to learn travelling and fighting. The five wolf pelts come when you run out of better things to give.

Quest Name: Fishy Business (Tutorial)

A near by clan has been doing... something on the lake. ON the lake! Imagine that! I want you to figure out what it is. A handful of hunters are going to be leading the way, so follow them to get there. Report back to me after scouting it out.

Objective: Go to the lake waypoint, and return.
Reward: 2 Potions?

Only parties with heroes can accept quests. The party can only contain up to 8 people, heroes or not.

Mission
The mission is the mission. This will always be the result, however, if it is completed or how effectively it is completed, is down to the Hero's ability/skill and chance. If there are multiple heroes, their skills and abilities are averaged out to affect the result.

Take your time, Azkanan. I'm guessing that, because we can set heroes and whatnot, XP actually does matter? I'll probably found a party if other advisers agree, then, because we could really start fostering a team.

Though with only five warriors, total, and only 200 population...

- Assign one of the Warriors as a Hero.
- Send the Hero with Hunters north to undertake the Stranger Folk quest, to learn more about the Stranger Folk.

"Yes well, I have appointed Kinynn Undh to take on this mission and send a handful of Hunters with him as guides. They should aid in making the journey quicker.
The lad shows promise, for a warrior. I have no need for you today, so you may go as you please."

Before he could start a story of any sort, the advisors quickly dispersed.
