I just attacked him with the arrow keys and I bit his phallus automatically, it wasn't my choice :P
Plus I was a werewolf, so it's normal for a werewolf to bite peeps.

Had my shield arm chopped off. Managed to kill three more people before the bleeding stopped. When it finally did stop I was extremely close to bleeding out. Three or four more turns would've done it.

When I was murdering peasants in their sleep, a child woke up AND BIT ME IN THE FREAKING HEART. I pretty much was as close as possible to having my heart too damaged.

I have a new one, I had a character have both arms, his nose, teeth and an ear removed, he also couldn't walk in one leg, but I managed to escape!
He then settled down in some village.

Wait, what? Can you explain that in more detail? Can that happen in adventure mode?

Fought a bronze collosus...Whopped its hands and toes with my mythril claymore then got wrestled, thrown down and thrown for exactly who-knows-how-many-screens...

Only to discover that I did not slam into any mountainside nor tree or off a cliff. I landed safely on an animal. I do not have the pictures to prove it.
(Genesis Mod, you can fly here by wrestling!)

Recently, I was playing a brand-new adventurer, Addie Lashfire, a Human Spearwoman.  I was tracking down gators to get screens and ask the guys in Modding why they weren't working right(my custom Giant Gators weren't quite right).  One approaches me, and dies.  I check the logs, and it managed to miss me, my counterattack hit it in the brain.

My best adventurer ever was one who killed a few minor monsters and then was sent to kill a hydra. He was leading a large mob of peasants into the cave when it appeared a few tiles away. He ran at it and it bit off one of his arms and one of his legs off. He crawled away bleeding into a corner. Surprisingly, he didn't bleed to death and the peasants killed the hydra with their knives.

Third day of adventuring. I feel like a BOUSE after learning how to defeat all of my foes with ADVANCED SUPER SPEHSUL COMBAT!!11!!!one!1

Just sleepin' out in the middle of nowhere...

You get the idea. Bogeymen everywhere, can't take them all on when I realise my poor human avatar is heavily bruised EVERYWHERE.

I start running in the night, occasionally dodging the intercepting bogeymen or two, turning back once in a while to knock them off their feet every now and then, when I hear a badger sow become enraged...

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

That badger took a crippling blow for me.

*Edit, I appear to have run into badger county, so far 16 23 badgers have died defending me £:
Going cross country across 7 quest log sized tiles... The amount of times badgers have saved me now is unbelievable.

I recall leading a moderately sized force against a huge outlaw camp once.

I was decapitating and dismembering outlaws like it's nobody's business while my slaves companions were doing their thing as well when suddenly I give into pain.

"Well, so much for living"

The next thing I know I wake up and somehow stand up, my companions apparently had killed or distracted all the outlaws that were beating the hell out of me. I get up and notice that I don't have my sword or my shield anymore, but closer inspection reveals I have two arrows lodged on various parts of my body. So I did what every reasonable person would do and pulled those arrows out and dual-wielded them, using them to kill the remaining outlaws.

For the rest of that adventurer's life, dual meele arrows were my signature weapon.
