I stumbled onto this when I tried to replace my Captain of the Guard via the nobles screen. Which dwarf I don't look at, there is always "no relevant skills" on the right. Even when looking on most proficient guards in the entire fortress. I was under impression that their social skills do influence how do they do their job.Is it a bug, or Captain of the Guard really doesn't use any skills?

Yeah, for their actual duties (beatings/dragging people to prison), they don't currently use anything, unless their unarmed/wrestling skill comes up during beatings in some way, which I don't recall.
