Assuming you guys want to stick with Doronic/Lectorog, twice a week would be enjoyable. I rarely have extraordinary plans. On average, one weekday I can't do anything (this week it's today), but the others (Mon-Fri) I'm available after 3:00 CST. Friday/Saturday nights I can be busy, but that won't be an issue if we plan in advance.

Flying Dice: That sound good to me. This Wednesday (tomorrow) I probably won't be available until 5:15-5:30 EST, but that's not usually the case.

4:30 EST is equivalent to 9:30 GMT.

(By the way, the 4:30 EST is cutting it close for me; that gives me about 10 minutes to get across campus from my last class of the day to my dorm, so I might be a couple minutes late, but I don't want to inconvenience anyone else more than I have to.)

I am busy on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12 AM GMT to 4 AM. On Saturdays I am busy from 2 PM GMT until 12 AM. So, if I can fit it in, I'll be there!
