[33g]Missing Item

When i was spammed by a lot of pathfinding errors concerning an item i searched for it in the stockpile menu,
found it and tried to find out where it lies, to clear the path
but wonder what the item is just not where its supposed to be

I wonder if it's related to some of the item location issues that were reported from cage traps and things like that.  In any case, there are a few ways it can get confused right now.

it went even more ridicculous

someone wanted to store another "hidden" item in a shop and he managed to do so,
he just pulled the item out of a bare floor
