Yep all sutff you need for a marine is in the second post, but you can only choose SPI Armor, or MJOLNIR Mk. I. Also I hope no one reroutes their CO's bank account to Gilgamesh (If someone gets he reference they get fifteen internet cookies (The Good Kind))

That was my polite way of saying No, you can't have taht stat lay out, and on another note stats don't drop below zero unless you garner a penalty during battle.

It would work, but you are going to be a Glass Statue (I say Statue, because you won't have that much power unless it involves Crafting, or Improvising then your dead weight. Grunts could most likely take you on in a pair of two, and win.)

And over here, this Marine is driving around while taking accurate headshots with a pistol. He doesn't even need a spotter when he works as a sniper.
