Them and what gun? Two of their destroyer guns are gone, we just need to shoot the last one with the railgun.
They also have more men on board then we can muster, and I believe a couple of AM's troops won't go down with out a fight, so there is no way we could take AM over without massive casualties.

1)Order MP soldiers to guard AM's soldiers on the deck.
2)Get some AA gun in position to shoo thtem, obviously to prevent the AM soldiers from doing anything.

Or better, only shoot the MP guys, and present it to the AM as us freeing them, so hopefully they'll agree to help us. Tell them the MP people are genocidal bastard under command from some rogue army man who killed the old governor.

MP got only 15 men on the AM. If we shoot, let's say 8 of them, we should be able to deal with the rest, especially if the AM people help us.

Becausewe saved them, and because they'll be in front of an AA gun? Like, we jaudge their reaction: they become aggressive, we shoot.

We can just bake up a story about how we used this as the only way to stop MP from attacking and killing every single on of them and point to the way we actually slamed our habitat into their to escape from the MP lunatics.

You all do know that, in all probability, that airship won't be remaining airborne forever? In fact, I'd say it is likely to start sinking fairly soon unless you fix that damaged balloon.

We can just throw weight overboard. It must already be quite lighter due to all the crafts crashing.

Anyway, elections time.

Choice 1): Areyua offer you an EMP, a riskless course of action and some sensible choice.
Choice 2):Sheb offer you an airship, some high risk and adventure, and generally !!AWESOME!!*.

The choice is up to you people of the Hope. Do you want certainty over courage and safety over adventure?

Obviously, we've got to ask Mason for something more than just the EMP. We're going to need a lot more metal in order to rebuild the Hope, but as far as I can see, we can do it. If he refuses, then we need to consider something more drastic, but I'm willing to believe that he'll be grateful for our help.

On the other hand, robbing him gets us all shot too given that they still have blimps to chase us down. We also can't really run away given the extensive damage to Hope.
