Can you maybe put up a small inventory next the players, so we know who is using what?

I'd do an inventory, but I did that in the last game and it actually added a lot of work for me, so instead everything's just stocked on board and you pick it up when you need to use it.
Ah, OK then.  I don't mind.

Should we sell the harpoons for an extra fuel? (or two fuel, if we can get the same one-coin reduction so that it costs 20 instead of 21.)

Also, yes to the two-day advance, unless you're planning random encounters.

Aye, group-wide equipment is so much better than individual equipment. We're playing as a team now, no reason to hide our weapons and tools in random locations so they can't be found. :P The availability of equipment to the general crew is what will make or break our group and our survival.

... (Can one of the people from the stuck habitat wish to join them?)

And, I say you should keep it one day and have possible random encounters.

Just sayin'.

We probably can wait until we get to the broken down town and back to buy more fuel as we'll hopefully have a lot of surplus after we salvage it.

I also think that we should spend 1 fuel getting the Jenny Haniver to the wreck and back when we can just to make sure it isn't too dangerous.

About the aircraft, that would take two days , and I'd rather get moving with the game than waiting for a fuel-consuming scouting mission.

Well, I was thinking that the habitat would start off, then launch the airship after a day of travel. The airship presumably moves faster than the habitat as shown when it caught up with the small town previously, so that it should get there before the habitat does, giving us information of the wreck.

We'll see the wreck when we get there though, and we'll be pretty low on fuel by the time we return to the trading place as it is.

Sure, I'll say you can haggle in situations when your buying either expensive items or multiple items

Definitely a possibility

Ok, here's what I've worked out: I don't want there to be random encounters here, there and everywhere but I still want them to be present so I'll roll a dice for every day skipped, and if I roll a 6 I'll insert a turn into the middle of the skip and have a random event then, that seems to work out both realistically and should suit everybody fairly.

If by this you mean you'll be able to salvage fuel from the, town remember I already said the reason it was currently static was due to it running out of fuel, or did you mean something else? If you just meant you can return get there and go back with fuel left that's fine and true but something might happen en route which uses up fuel.

The aircraft moves twice as fast as the habitat and uses half as much fuel

Also polling wether to send the Jenny or not
