Dropkick Murphys - take em down
With dropkick Murphys you always get lyrics involving alcohol, which we all know is pretty dwarven, but this tune just has to be the best dwarf fortress anthem they ever made.
If you just choose to hear "when the (clown) bus comes callin'", it's even better.
But dwarf fortress players are known for their ☼Imagination☼, last part should not be a problem.

The great thing about this song is you can find clips of nearly any kind scene set to it. Action, horror, or drama; this iconic song converts them all to its particular genre...

So, I chose a video wherein not just the theme, but the scene against which it is set, is appropriate for most my fortresses.
