I say we follow it to it's lair! Dragons have treasure troves, right? We could steal something of worth if we are careful enough!

Travel to the Troll-Top Wizard and sell the dragon to him. For a lot of gold!

You follow the dragon for several minutes; besides calling at everything the moves, including you, and unsuccessfully trying to eat leaves, it makes a rough beeline deeper into the forest, after a while the trees start getting thicker and the sky overhead slowly becomes harder to see, following behind the noisy whelp you start to have doubts about following it anymore when you find yourself at the face of a small rocky cliff; you look around for the dragon and see it off sitting quietly near a small hole in the rock not much bigger then a rabbit's,when you look in you see that it is very dark in there but judge that you should be able to crawl in. Suddenly you hear a sharp scream and whip around to see the whelp rip a small chunk off the kobold to which the scream emanated.

What do you do now?

Save the Kobold! It'll give us five wishes.

...And tell the dragon he is a bad boy!

Oh, but this one do, because you are awesome and know kobolds originally were trickster spirits from German folklore, and are completely doing the awesomely unexpected and using those original creatures rather than the modern notion, right? And what kind of trickster spirit does not give wishes when somebody saves their lives? ;D

(While I am not using the modern notion of the , neither am I using the folklore origins of the creature; my kobold are more... unique; as are all the other creature I'm going to use(so its not a bad idea to lax your interpretation of creatures) Also my kobold are not spirits, and they don't give wishes, ever

I could go on for days describing every creature's idioms, characteristics, behavior, lifestyle, and everything else, if I get started.)
