...breached HFS? What was the outcome?

Before the third migrant wave. There were no survivors.

Probably the Multiplayer fort Carnes was running.  We found Upright Fun and unleashed the underworld.  It got messy in a hurry, and then it crashed due to server load (too many players).

Embarked with the starting seven fully clad in steel (value modifier modding), all legendary skills (dwarf [NATURAL_SKILL] modding), and candy picks.

Had 'em dig straight down to HFS cause I was bored.

It was glorious - they all fought valiantly for several months - covering each other while they took breaks to rest - but they finally gave in after losing a few of them.

End of the third year.  Had both a curious underground structure and a candy vein (breached the vein, left the structure).  I was well prepared, and had the breach sealed just as the first of the clowns was almost out.  It's been another half-year, and only five or so mouse clowns are still on my map, the rest all having wandered off.

I intentionally dug straight into a spire on one embark; didn't take long, definitely less than a year, probably under a month.

Then I walled it off and played for a while before deleting the save. I'm weird like that, I know.

Year 1, via channeling SMR.  HFS locked out by a floor hatch, but caused irrecoverable FPS death.  that map was *weird*.. all the symbols for rocks were bugged, like microcline being ĺ, and I never did find magma, just lots of SMR...

On topic: I've never breached that place. I...I still haven't really figured out how to work a military. Shameful, I know.

I did it before the first migrant wave. Just dug stairs straight down, got to candy, and dug that as far down as I could.

The first seven were slaughtered. The first migrant wave came during the first wave, so they were quickly slaughtered too.
