Mirelurks. So many Mirelurks, and I'd used up all my .44 ammo for a certain rather special repeating rifle...
I ended up saying, "F*** this," grabbing out my spiked knuckles and beating down two normal 'lurks and a huge hunter.
Fallout 3, obviously. Wandered into some cavern place, and I'd wasted all my ammo on bloody ghouls and bandits... The ghouls could've been easily dispatched with a pistol or fists, but my rifle makes a cool noise. :P

An A6M5 Zero that was chasing a squadmate, with my two trusty wing .50 cals on a TBM-3 Avenger, off of Chichi-jima! He pulled up, and so I got a high deflection shot into his wingroots, eventually breaking them off! Everybody was hooting after that, such was the epicness of it all. Then I came back to the carrier and smashed my landing gears down, but it was OK, 'cause I got two Zeros that run.

IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946!

Also in Il-2 1946, flying a Yak-9, shredded a Fw-190 in a head-on pass, then went to work on the bombers they were escorting. Took out both engines on one Ju-88, and crippled another before running out of ammo. Unhappy with this outcome, I proceeded to execute my 6th successful ramming attempt of the war, ripping the horizontal stabilizer off the german while losing my rudder. My fighter handled like a drunk elephant after that, but I managed to successfully land back at base.

I threw an axe which then proceeded to embed itself in a Christian Monk's skull. After the "battle" I made camp and wasn't paying attention until a huge band of Franks attacked and captured me.

I stood next to a dragon and cast Summon Death on myself. Just as the Grim Reaper raised his scythe to take a swing at me I teleported away and he hit the dragon instead, killing him instantly.
