I love that I have forgotten beast soap. There's no better punishment for invading my fortress than being made to wash dwarf armpits.

Is syndrome-on-contact bearing fat/soap a thing that can actually happen?

In other words, is it possible to see:

yes i turn the nobles room into the prison..mostly because his fucking stupid moodswings put people there.

Banging? You mean he is tantruming and hitting his consort with a ☼chair☼?

Other than that, staying in a noble's room sounds fairly nice. They so full of nice things like ornamental (if slightly blood stained) holes in the floor next to levers and the most exquisite ‼heating‼ systems...

FB never have contact syndromes that I see.  The FB extract or FB dust has a syndrome, but not the creature itself.  Same as it's safe to eat giant cave spider meat.  Cave blobs, I believe, cause a slight swelling and blistering on touch.  Those should give unfriendly soap, if possible...

You don't need to.  Find a FB, and it will present you with PLENTY of extract in most cases.
