Yet another desirable Embark.

Going to have a stab at this area. I was looking for a terrying volcano/glacier, which i believe i saw in the south. But i decided to continue looking. Wandering along i found this piece of amusing geography. The spire is a volcano, just for those who don't know.

Little soil, shallow metals, deep metals. I havent actually embarked in this world yet so the seed will come After i do that.

This is where i decided on an embark. That crater is going to be so much fun when i turn it into a magma resivoir

I love the flat-volcano bug. Steep z levels of hill can be a bit of a pain to switch through.

Peering into the structure, its part of the cavern system. It has Zombie Angry Deep Ones, undead cave swallows, skeletal llamas, undead gelatinous cubes and general zombies. The weapon is an "Upright Mithril Cleaver", masterwork. ... Skeletal Little Penguin, Zombie magma Crab. Oi. XD

That would be perfect for building airships in. It just screams 'Dry Dock'. Also screams for an obsidian-cast building of sorts.
